2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized Products: Any product made to custom sizes or with personalized designs or features.

• Product name(s)

b. Approval and Instructions

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

c. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.

4. Refund Policy

a. Refund Amount

• A refund will be issued after the returned product is inspected and approved.
• A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the order amount.

b. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at checkout.

c. Processing Time

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is approved.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund without additional charges if the claim is valid.
